What to send where

• Bugs and feature requests — open a GitHub issue with the webset query that misbehaved and what you expected; public issues help the next person with the same problem
• Account and data requests — email kai@kyh.io from the address on your account to have your account and websets deleted, or to ask what is stored about you
• Hosted plans and higher limits — email kai@kyh.io with roughly how many websets you run and how large they are
• Security issues — email kai@kyh.io rather than opening a public issue

There is no phone line and no office to visit; email and GitHub are the whole support surface.
